We're really excited to share that we're due our first baby in August and we've been spending the last few weeks preparing the business and ourselves for a little break.
We'll be on Maternity Leave from Tuesday 18th July 2023 so I wanted to share how this will affect your orders and enquiries with us over the next few months.
Initially, we're going to take a full month off so we're able to get prepared and enjoy those first few weeks as a family of four. We'll then return gradually over the next few months, so you may still experience slight delays but orders will still be posted out regularly.
Orders placed before midnight on 16th July.
Posted as normal.
Orders placed between 17th July - 31st August.
Any orders placed between midnight on Sunday 16th July and Thursday 31st August will be posted out by the date shown at checkout under the estimated delivery time. This will change occasionally due to demand and flexibility at our end. Orders may be posted earlier than expected during this time but the date shown is the latest these will arrive with you.
As a thank you for your patience during this time, we're offering 10% off your whole order with code MATERNITY10.
Code valid from Monday 17th July 2023 until August 31st 2023.
Orders placed after 1st September.
Once deliveries resume on 1st September, all orders will be posted out second-class, weekly. The day these are posted out will change each week but your order will be posted out no more than 5 business days after you've placed your order.
Returns.
All returns will continue to be processed within 21 days. Please read our refund policy for full details. Refund deadlines will be extended in line with us taking a little longer to get back to you initially.
Email and social enquiries.
Our emails and social media messages will be monitored weekly so our response times will be extended. Any emails marked as urgent will be checked more regularly and we'll do what we can to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible but please do bear with us!
